Our Company Uday Cotton Industries aims at providing the best quality of cotton at the most competitive price.  When the matter of quality comes ,we are the most preffered  ginners  of the domestic spinning mills and merchant exporters of India.

After earning a creditable name in the domestic market we have entered into export business.  We export our own cotton as well as other Indian growths by the way of trading.  We aim at developing a longterm business relations with our buyers by being honest to the quality and the contract promised.

Our principle factory named UDAY COTTON INDUSTRIES is located at Kadi town of Gujarat State in western India. The factory was established in the year 1996. Since then we have been pioneer in the business of supplying quality shanker-6 cotton from Gujarat state. We manufacture only Shanker-6 quality at Uday Cotton Industries. Our factory is approved by Technology Mission on Cotton by Govt Of India(TMC).  Gujarat is the largest cotton producing state in India, with estimates of 13 million bales during the current season of 2011-12. About 20-25% of the total production of the state is produced in Kadi  itself.  As Kadi being a major hub for cotton trade, we are located strategically very well.

Our another unit named Balaji Industries is located in Mandal town of Gujarat State.   At Balaji Industries we manufacture shanker-6 as well as v-797 qualities.    Here we switch from shanker-6  to v-797 from February onwards as the arrivals of v-797 begin.

Both of our are plants are fully modernized and automatic with RCC flooring and warehouse facilities.There are total of 80 ginning machines giving output of 10 bales each to combinely produce  800 bales daily (135 tons). The units are fully automatic online ginning units with pre cleaners and post cleaners.We have automatic pressing machines where the cotton directly gets pressed without passing through the hands of the labours as seen in manyother traditional Indian ginning factories, this helps in minimizes the contamination problems.

The seed cotton gets to the ginning machine through suction system where it is precleaned and manually inspected for contamination as it passes to the ginning machines.  We try to keep the contamination level low by following strict rules and educating  labours regarding various things as below. 

We try to keep our factories clean by keeping dustbins and garbage boxes at regular points.

We have built decent warehouses where we can store our goods safely for longterm. Preventing them from adverse weather if in case of rains and storm.
